Sales / Procurement

With this, the entire sales process can be tracked from sales forecasting and product quotations to invoicing. Similarly, on the procurement side, every step is available from procurement forecasting to incoming invoices. The process can be initiated at any step, all covered by the appropriate documentation.

Inventory / Logistics

The Inventory/Logistics module provides continuous and, if necessary, historical inventory management, complex logistics reporting that can be grouped by any criteria, and advanced material management. It monitors material receipts, internal usage, interwarehouse transfers, and material issuance.

Pricing

The Price Management module enables complex, comprehensive price and discount tracking, supporting both sales and procurement processes. It allows for multi-currency pricing and the specification of unit prices in multiple units of measure.

Finance / Accounting

Complete finance and accounting module: handles banking and cash transactions, automatic postings for mixed and invoice-based transactions with comprehensive reporting, and full integration with the tax authority (NAV). Flexium is one of the few systems with its own integrated accounting.

Human Resources

The HR module assists in managing employee records, tracking their work performance and workplace/operational presence, and supports payroll processing (although Flexium does not perform payroll itself) and the calculation of manufacturing/operational costs.

Partners

With the Partner Master Data module, you can easily manage your business partners and customers, including essential contact and financial information (such as delivery, billing, correspondence, and other addresses, as well as billing and banking details).

Items

The Item Master Data module allows you to easily maintain and manage your products or services, including inventory information, unit measures, and accounting data.

Fixed Assets

This module is capable of tracking the company's tangible assets, accounting for depreciation in accordance with the Accounting and Corporate Tax Act. The module supports all necessary and standard transactions: activation, reactivation, scheduled and extraordinary depreciation, sales, disposals, and other removals.

Commission Management

The Commission Management module allows the company to structure and efficiently manage sales commissions and incentives for employees or partners, even in a fully customized manner, taking into account individual promotions and specific discounts.

E-mail

The Email Module simplifies email communication with the company's partners and employees by integrating internal messaging within the Flexium system with external email servers. It allows for seamless connection of messages to any internal documents or master data (e.g., Partner).

Banking Interface

Banking interface is a module that automates banking transactions and enables seamless data connection between the corporate system and the banking system. Flexium is already capable of communicating with numerous international banking systems in this way.

Calendar / Task Management Module

An internal calendar module is available for recording tasks (to-dos) related to business operations and calendar events. Internal records (e.g., project, partner) and transactions (e.g., request for quotation) can be linked to the events. Teamwork is also supported, and the module is fully integrated with the CRM module and can be integrated with an external calendar server.

CRM

The CRM module provides basic CRM functionality integrated into the system, allowing for the structured placement and subsequent tracking of information related to partners. It is suitable for maintaining large customer and prospect databases for purposes such as direct marketing and tracking individual business opportunities. It manages customer requests for quotations, product-related complaints, and agreements with suppliers.

Controlling

In addition to its own reports, the Controlling module generates numerous general, highly configurable statements (reports). For each report, parameter settings can be saved as master data, allowing for predefined report templates tailored to users and task areas. The two main types of reports are the sales report and the requirements planning report.

EKÁER

The EKÁER module enables the full integration of the logistics workflow with the Electronic Public Road Trade Control System (EKÁER). The system automatically requests an EKÁER number for both procurement and sales operations.

The Advanced Manufacturing module enables complex production processes. It allows for the tracking of main and by-products, materials, manufacturing tools, workflows, and technological instructions through operation plans. Manufacturing costs can be planned across up to 14 production levels. This module is recommended for intricate, multi-component products, such as in vehicle manufacturing or machinery production.

Inter-Location Goods Transfer

This module supports the logistics processes of companies with multiple locations. Goods transfers between sites are managed using transit warehouses (vehicles). This approach allows for the separation of loading and unloading processes and provides visibility of goods in transit. Locations can order goods from each other, which can be packaged and prepared through a separate commissioning process (commissioning plan, commissioning).
