DATABASE SYNCHRONIZATION

When managing several enterprises inherently arises the need for automatic database synchronization. For example, several enterprises could share a common partner list or financial settings (receipt numbering, balance,… ). Our automatic data synchronization tool solves this problem between one master and several slave databases, with detailed root- and child object type configuration options.

CODE RENAMING

In an existing ERP system an erroneous partner code, a faulty item code structure or a change in profit-center allocation easily can cause a time-consuming reconfiguration work. Our “code renaming” tool can solve this problem in a batch without corrupting data integrity. Obviously, all such code-changes are archived and logged.

EXPORT / IMPORT

This tool is able to import data from .csv text files and export any data from our system to .csv files. The data import/export is highly configurable and offers several helps during the process. During the data import the tool will search for missing data from the database based on joined field information. For example, item category, catalog codes or measurement units are automatically retrieved by the system during item data imports. Delivery price list updates become an easy routine task using this tool.
